Daily application
Daily application of yogurt on the skin is useful for glowing skin, because have the alpha hydroxy acid and lactic acid that that are active and it could dissolve the dead skin because lactic acid and alpha hydroxy acid {AHA} have the property to soften the dead skin so it become the peel off automatically and deeply moisturize the skin so its works magically for removing dead skin, when we apply it on the skin so it can remove the dead skin and deeply hydrate the skin it restores the natural glow of the skin and within a few days the face starts to glow.

Preparation for yogurt Facial

A. Patch testing and skin sensitivity(although the yogurt is for all skin types but before doing the facial please check it to apply the yogurt on the arms for just the safety.)

So now lets starts the facial
Things you need for facial, you don't need to gather so many things for this facial some simple ingredients that you can find in your kitchen.

Ingredients:
  1. Yogurt
  2. Banana powder(if don't have the banana powder you can mash the banana also, you can use honey to if you don't have banana)
  3. Rice powder
  4. Multani mitti(clay)
  5. Rose water  
This facial have 3 simple steps Cleansing. Scrubbing. And mask.

Cleansing:
Take one table spoon of the yogurt and and 1 table spoon of the banana powder if you don't have the powder the alternate can also use that are mention above in ingredients mix it well and then apply on the face and neck and gently massage the skin with 4 to 5 minutes and then wash out with water.
According to the research it can lighten the dark circles and un even skin tone and works magically for pigmentation.


Scrubbing:
Again take one table spoon of the yogurt and one table spoon the rice powder and mix it well. After mixing it apply it one the face and neck with the help of brush, spoon , and your finger as you want and then massage the face for 2 to 3 minutes with the soft hands. And then wash it of. as we all know rice naturally have the vitamin E that can brighten up the skin and rice have naturally ingredients to tighten the skin so the secret is to brighten and lifting the skin and make firmer and look more young and beautiful.


Mask:
Take one table spoon of yogurt and one table spoon of the multani clay and one tea spoon of the rose water and mix it well and apply it on the face and neck and leave it for 15 minutes. You can use it on your back neck, dark knees, elbow, and dark knuckles because this mask can lighten up the dark parts to be bright. After that when the mask is dry then take wet cotton wool and sponge and wipe it of . After removing you can see visibly results on your face, your skin glow and bright skin texture.

Bright skin mask:

Acne and pimple free mask:
To protect the face from pimples, acne and blemishes, it is useful to mix two spoons of curd with one quarter spoon of turmeric and apply it on the face for fifteen to twenty minutes. for better results use this mask twice in a week.
Wrinkle free mask:
To remove wrinkles, mix two spoons of yogurt with one spoon of barley (جو )flour to make a paste and apply it on the face and massage with light hands, then leave it on the face for fifteen minutes and rinse with cold water.
Dark spots and pigmented skin mask:
Yogurt is effective in removing dark spots on the face. For this purpose, mix one spoon of yogurt with one spoon of honey and one spoon of egg white and apply it on the face, the difference will be evident in a few days.
Oily skin mask:
Add an egg white and a few drops of lemon juice to the yogurt and apply on the face and wash off with cold water when dry, this is a useful mask for oily skin.
Dark circle:
To eliminate dark circles around the eyes caused by lack of sleep.
So yogurt is beneficial. Dip the cotton ball in curd and leave it for ten minutes around the eyes.
Soft and smooth hand and face mask:
Mix rice powder in curd and make a thick paste and massage it on the face in circular motions. After massaging for a while, wash off with cold water. Barley flour can also be added instead of rice. Mix gram flour, turmeric and salt in it to keep the hands and feet soft and smooth. It removes dirt from hands and feet and makes them silky and soft.
Skin whitening:
Mix ripe papaya with yogurt and lemon juice and apply on the face, this mask brightens the complexion and adds to the beauty.
Night Cream:
Yogurt can also be used as a night cream. For this purpose, mix a few drops of lemon juice or you can use orange juice also in a spoonful of yogurt and apply it on the face as a night cream and leave it by massaging it with light hands. Wash your mouth with a good soap in the morning. The stearic acid present in lemons or orange provides natural moisture to the skin.
